Opening at the end of this month in Irving, Texas, is the 159-room Element Dallas Las Colinas. The Element by Westin brand of extended-stay hotels draws inspiration from nature and offers a design and amenities focused on sustainability.
Guest rooms will feature Westin Heavenly Beds, as well as fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, two-burner cooktops, dishwashers, sinks and refrigerators.
In keeping with the brand's sustainability focus, the hotel will offer a saline pool, an eco-friendly alternative to chlorine pools. The Motion Fitness Center will feature Life Fitness cardio machines and strength-training equipment. To get guests outside and help them get around the neighborhood, Element has partnered with Priority Bicycles for its Bikes to Borrow program.
On-site food-and-beverage options will include the Relax Bar coffee house and the Rise Breakfast Bar. For groups, the new property will have 2,277 square feet of event space, including two breakout rooms.
