Shawn Callaway
Chief Operating Officer
 Shawn Callaway has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce since July of 2010. He oversees the daily operations of the Chamber including: marketing and communications, workforce development and administration, legislative affairs and programming, finance, community development and membership for the Chamber, which is the first 5-Star Chamber of Commerce in Texas and the fourth largest Chamber in North Texas and houses the Irving Economic Development Partnership.
Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Callaway served as Vice President-Marketing and Communications at the Chamber and Regional Account Director-DFW Region, for Bolt Public Relations. Prior to that, Shawn accrued over 13 years of experience in communications and leadership development in non-profit organizations.
Shawn and his wife, Anita, a high school English teacher, have two sons, Cameron and Kaden.
