Pat Austin joined the Chamber staff in June of 2006 as the Executive Assistant to the Membership and Marketing Departments. Pat's extensive corporate background is in Office Management working specifically in the healthcare and business forms industry.
In October '06 Pat transitioned from Membership and Marketing to Economic Development, where she served as the Executive Assistant to Economic Development. In March '07 Pat joined was promoted to the Manager of Investor Relations/ Events.
Pat currently serves on the welcoming committee for the La Cima Club, is active with her church Preston Hollow Presbyterian and volunteers throughout the year with local civic groups in Irving .She is a native Texan and glad to be back in the warm southern climate after living around the country for the past 25 years. In her free time she enjoys sailing, gourmet cooking, reading and the arts. Pat and her husband Larry, spend as much time as possible visiting their grandchildren in North Carolina.
