Alysia is the Director of Operations/ HR for the Chamber. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chamber, managing the human resource department, and serving as the point of contact for the Irving-Las Colinas Marketing Center.

Alysia was born and raised in Santa Cruz, California and moved to Los Angeles, California in 1999. She relocated to Coppell, Texas in December of 2006 and lives with her fiancé Matt and their Boxer Waffle. Alysia has her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Cal State University Long Beach (CSULB) and her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California (USC). Her career path includes positions as a Human Resources Specialist for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) in the Personnel Selection Branch; an Adjunct Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Pepperdine University, and the Vice President of Conferences for the Personnel Testing Council of Southern California (PTC-SC).
