Heritage Crossing

Heritage Crossing, “Downtown Irving,” is where it all began; where Irving founders Otis and Schultz planted stakes next to the railroad line. The area is undergoing a major revitalization with the opening of new restaurants and the Texas Musicians Museum. Planning is underway for a major transit-oriented development featuring retail and residential in a pedestrian-friendly environment. The overall project includes more than one hundred new homes along beautiful Delaware Creek, bike lanes, new sidewalks and additional street parking for easy access to retail.
