Incentive Opportunities

Incentives are a method of encouraging the relocation of business to an area through financial assistance, typically in the form of structured tax break formulas. The Chamber believes that a wide range of incentive programs—from local to state levels—strengthen business growth in Irving. Irving is a pro-business city in a pro-business state and, as such, businesses moving into Irving are often eligible for incentives at the state, county or city levels.

The Irving Economic Development Partnership (IEDP) works to ensure that each new, relocating or expanding company gets the maximum support from the programs available at the city, county and state levels.
