CURRENT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Irving continues to grow at a fast pace, even as the economy slows. While some of projects may remain on the drawing board for longer than originally expected, many others are moving forward. And if all the major projects that are planned or under construction are developed, they will add to the city:
- $6 billion of investment
- 7.4 million square feet of office, retail, restaurant, entertainment and civic space
- 12,738 residential units (single-family and multifamily)
- 2,028 hotel rooms
- 27,850 residents
- 16,951 employees
- 7 million annual visitors
