WORKFORCE ENRICHMENT COUNCIL (WEC)

Meetings: WEC Committee Members typically meet on the third Tuesday of each month in the Chamber's Board Room.

Goal: To provide resources to our business partners and their employees in the areas of: Human Resources (workforce strategies and planning/acquisition and retention); Training and Education (employee development/leadership development); and Organizational Development (best practices/operational excellence). The WEC offers both strategic and functional meetings/trainings/events.
