Education Committee Goals FY 2009-2010
In collaboration with the Chamber’s Residential Realtors Committee, reach out to the residential real estate community via an annual event (with food and potentially accreditation) to educate them about the assets of our local schools, including ISDs, charter schools, and private schools.
Timeframe: August 2010.
In collaboration with the Chamber’s Residential Realtors Committee, reach out to the residential real estate community by creating a marketing piece from the Chamber that highlights the city’s educational assets – namely diversity and technology – rather than solely focusing on the TAKS scores, which is the main marketing piece residential realtors now have at their fingertips.
