The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce is hosting the region’s annual State of Dallas County luncheon featuring County Judge Clay Jenkins.
The event will begin June 1st, 11:00 a.m. with registration and networking, 11:30 a.m. program at the Hackberry Creek Country Club, 1901 West Royal Ln. in Irving.
Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins is the county’s chief executive officer, presiding officer of the Commissioners Court and director of Dallas County Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Judge Jenkins will join Dallas Morning News Reporter, Gromer Jeffers, for an in-depth conversation and annual update on challenges, growth opportunities and the economic outlook of Dallas County. Dallas Commissioner, Dr. Elba Garcia will also be part of the program.
With 26 cities in Dallas County, Judge Jenkins is a regional leader, who brings together municipal and regional partners to improve transportation, health care, education and other important issues.
