Expect a wide array of options to satisfy even the most discerning foodies at the Taste of Irving from noon to
6 p.m. May 14 outside of Cimarron Park Recreation Center, 201 Red River Trail. In addition to tasty delights from the area’s most popular eateries, this family friendly foodie festival will feature a fun zone, a craft marketplace and live music.
At Taste of Irving, dozens of area restaurants will offer food and beverage items for $5 or less, offering an affordable way to sample their selections. In addition, live jazz and swing music will emanate from the Valley Ranch Association Main Stage throughout the day.

- 2:30 to 4 p.m. Mad Men Swing Band
- 4:30 to 6 p.m. Hot Texas Swing Band
The Taste of Irving will also feature the CBS 11 Culinary Stage, presenting multiple chef led cooking demonstrations, nutrition lectures and a hot wing eating contest. Other attractions include a giant pirate ship, face painting, photo booth and more free activities. Shop the Craft Marketplace to find home and yard furnishings, hand-crafted jewelry, clothing and toys.
