Rodney Phelps, Head of Citi’s Consumer Location and Supplier Strategy Organization and Citi’s Dallas Site President has been selected by the Chamber’s Board of Directors to serve as its new chairman beginning October 1, 2016.

Rodney Phelps, Head of Citi’s Consumer Location and Supplier Strategy Organization and Citi’s Dallas Site President has been selected by the Chamber’s Board of Directors to serve as its new chairman beginning October 1, 2016.

 

The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce announced today that Rodney Phelps, Head of Citi’s Consumer Location and Supplier Strategy Organization and Citi’s Dallas  Site President has been selected by the Chamber’s Board of Directors to serve as its new chairman beginning October 1, 2016. Phelps will succeed current Board chairman Michael McCall, NCH Corporation’s Labor Relations Director. Phelps currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Irving Economic Development Partnership’s Economic Development Advisory Council and serves on the Chamber’s Executive Committee. He was unanimously selected by the Chamber’s Board Nominating Committee for a one-year term as Chairman.

Rodney joined Citi in March 2003 and progressed through a number of roles in Citi’s credit card and operations units. Prior to joining Citi, Rodney spent over 15 years with GE Capital.
