CustomInk, the leader in custom apparel and accessories for groups and occasions, was honored today as one of Fortune magazine’s 2016 “100 Best Companies to Work For.” With an overall rank of 58, CustomInk was recognized for its focus on team member engagement and the sense of community among its people. This is the second year in a row the company has been named to the large company list.

Fortune partners annually with Great Place to Work® to identify the 100 Best Companies to Work For®. Two thirds of a company’s score is based on the results of the Trust Index© Employee Survey, which is sent to a random sample of employees and asks questions related to attitudes about management’s credibility, overall job satisfaction, and camaraderie. The other third is based on responses to the Culture Audit©, which includes detailed questions about benefit programs, hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.

Results of the Trust Index© Employee Survey show that 93 percent of CustomInk team members feel a sense of camaraderie with one another and 92 percent say it is a great place to
work. Additionally, 89 percent of those surveyed take great pride in the work they do and trust the people they work with.
