CustomInk, the leader in custom apparel and accessories for groups and occasions, was honored today as one of Fortune magazine’s 2016 “100 Best Companies to Work For.” With an overall rank of 58, CustomInk was recognized for its focus on team member engagement and the sense of community among its people. This is the second year in a row the company has been named to the large company list.

“This recognition is much more about our people than the company,” said Marc Katz, co-founder and CEO of CustomInk, “CustomInk is made up of extraordinary team members, who are united
by shared values and a common purpose. Our business is about helping people create a stronger sense of community, and Inkers bring that same sense of community to the workplace
every day. It’s great to be recognized for something that’s such an integral part of who we are.”

Fortune partners annually with Great Place to Work® to identify the 100 Best Companies to Work For®. Two thirds of a company’s score is based on the results of the Trust Index© Employee Survey, which is sent to a random sample of employees and asks questions related to attitudes about management’s credibility, overall job satisfaction, and camaraderie. The other third is based on responses to the Culture Audit©, which includes detailed questions about benefit programs, hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programs, and diversity efforts.

Results of the Trust Index© Employee Survey show that 93 percent of CustomInk team members feel a sense of camaraderie with one another and 92 percent say it is a great place to
work. Additionally, 89 percent of those surveyed take great pride in the work they do and trust the people they work with.

In addition to the company’s strong camaraderie and values, CustomInk provides its team with an integrated portfolio of benefits that support and encourage overall well-being, including:

  • Excellent health and wellness benefits, including coverage of 99 percent of health care premiums and free prescriptions;
  • Programs that support both personal and professional development, such as ‘financial fitness’ tools and education, and leadership training;
  • Opportunities for team members to volunteer for local causes and charitable activities;
  • Break rooms with activities like shuffleboard and foosball;
  • Fitness rooms and onsite access to a virtual doctor; and
  • Free weekly team lunches and fully-stocked snack areas.

CustomInk has experienced significant growth over the past three years, and today employs more than 1,500 people globally. In 2014 CustomInk opened a production facility in Dallas,
Texas and expanded its existing operations in Reno, Nevada and Charlottesville, Virginia. Earlier this year, the company opened a second facility in Dallas and announced the pending
