The Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau announces it has received nine Adrian Awards for advertising and digital marketing excellence for its winning entries in the 59th annual HSMAI Adrian Awards. The competition is the largest and most prestigious global travel marketing awards program.
The awards included four Gold and five Silver Adrian Awards in a competition with more than 1,300 entries from around the world judged by distinguished executives from all sectors of the industry. These nine awards bring the total number of Adrian Awards received by the ICVB to 27 in the last six years.
The awards were presented this week in New York City. They are as follows:
The InstaMeet: Digital Marketing – Social Media Campaign: Gold; Digital Marketing – Contest/Sweepstakes: Silver; and Digital Marketing – Social Media/Social Networking: Gold
The Google Pin: Digital Marketing – Social Media Campaign: Gold and Digital Marketing – Social Media/Social Networking: Silver
The Instagram Takeover: Digital Marketing – Social Media/Social Networking: Gold
The AT&T Byron Nelson: Digital Marketing – Social Media Campaign: Silver
The Irving CVB Website: Digital Marketing – Website User Experience: Silver and Digital Marketing – Website: Silver
The ICVB also won these awards in 2015: Cvent’s Top 50 Meeting Destinations in the United States; Keep Irving Beautiful 2015 Business and Industry Award; Meetings & Conventions 2015 Gold Service Award; 2015 North American Copper in Architecture Award presented by the Copper Development Association, Inc.; and Successful Meetings 2015 Pinnacle Award.
