The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber will host the 2016 State of the City at 7 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Irving Convention Center, 500 W. Las Colinas Blvd. A reception will start at 6 p.m.
This year’s event will focus on “Irving: A City of New Beginnings.”
The chamber says Irving, like much of North Texas, is a leader for business, career opportunities and job creation. The gateway to North Texas, Irving’s infrastructure, location and resources make the city a convenient and comfortable place to live, work, play and visit.
Mayor Beth Van Duyne will share her perspective on how Irving is protecting, managing and growing the city for its residents, businesses and workforce.
