Parts of Irving’s North Campión Trail remain closed to the public. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had temporarily reduced the release of water from Lewisville and Grapevine lakes to allow crews to assess damage caused by flooding in May. City crews began working to clean up debris and repair structures along low-lying areas.
