International tool and construction equipment maker Hilti will locate a new research and development facility in Irving.
Hilti has rented 65,000 square feet of commercial space in the Parc Royal business park on West Royal Lane near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Developer Jackson-Shaw built the 30-acre, 4-building project. Hilti plans to move into its new location in early June.
“Our client, Hilti, began its search across D-FW and ultimately decided on Irving,” Forshey Hoobler, vice president of JLL, said in a statement.
Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the new lease with Hoobler.
Parc Royal has 511,600 square feet of industrial space and was built by Jackson-Shaw and GID Investment Advisor LLC of Boston.
