The Irving Chamber officially welcomed a new restaurant to Irving.
Chamber members and ambassadors gathered today to cut the ribbon in front of 54th Street Restaurant and Draft House. The restaurant, the first one in the DFW area, opened recently at 1850 Marketplace Blvd. It’s toward the western end of a row of restaurants that border the north side LBJ Freeway from MacArthur Boulevard.
Plans are to open a second restaurant in Fort Worth and then a third in Lewisville.
The casual, neighborhood grill and bar-style restaurant offers an wide selection of food and spirits at reasonable prices. There’s also a variety of bottle and draft beer and the Five-Four favorite “El Perfecto Margarita.”
