Valley Ranch resident Neha Kunte was sworn-in Monday to the Irving Flood Control District 3 board.

She will serve out former board member Chris Wallace’s term on the board, which provides flood control facilities for Valley Ranch. Wallace resigned to move to Austin to serve as president of the Texas Business Association.

Kunte is owner and CEO of MNK InfoTech, an IT management and consulting firm. She is a member of the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, the Irving International Women’s Consortium and the Indian Association of North Texas.
