The Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas together withEarthPeople, a sustainability communications and consulting firm, announced a series of speakers and events addressing topics of social consciousness and sustainability in business. The series launches with a panel discussion on ways that global corporations, mid-sized companies and retailers are profiting from sustainability. The program will meet from 7:30-10 a.m. Friday in the Haggar University Center. It includes a complimentary breakfast, 90-minute panel discussion and networking with D/FW business leaders. Panelists will explore how their organizations define sustainability, the processes they use, the outcomes they expect to achieve and the benefits of their respective sustainability strategies. The event is geared toward professionals, students and business owners interested in integrating sustainability into their operations, human resources, supply chains, marketing and other business functions.
