Fulfillment and packaging company AmeriPac has significantly expanded its North Texas operations with a new facility in Irving. Commercial real estate firm Cassidy Turley said Thursday that AmeriPac has leased 162,500 square feet of industrial space at 1011 N. 28th Ave. in Irving. It will be the third facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the company The firm started out four years ago with just a 10,000 square-foot warehouse in Grand Prairie.
“When AmeriPac approached us, they required a space that could accommodate the company’s rapidly expanding business,” Blake Anderson, managing director of Cassidy Turley, said in a statement.
Along with the new lease, the real estate brokers also subleased some of the company’s smaller space. Anderson and Cassidy Turley’s David Eseke negotiated the lease with Industrial Properties Texas, represented by Gregg Hamill.
