This fall, the University of Dallas set an enrollment record for its largest freshman class with 380 students, a 7-percent increase from last year.

The class of 2017’s average SAT score, 1221, is also four points higher than the class of 2016 and 200 points higher than the national average of 1010.

The College of Business also reported an enrollment increase of seven percent compared to last year, in part to the college’s recent accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and two new programs — a 30-credit hour master of business administration and a master of science in finance.

The university’s total fall enrollment is 2,598 with 1,218 graduate students and 1,380 undergraduate. The undergraduate transfer student population is 15 percent greater than fall 2012.
