“This was a terrific opportunity to acquire another prime office asset,” Chuck Hessel, senior vice president of acquisitions for Chambers Street, said in a statement.
The buildings are occupied by Humana Inc. subsidiaries. The Las Colinas purchase is Chambers Street’s third office acquisition in North Texas. The company also owns several industrial properties here. Chambers Street has $3.2 billion in real estate in the U.S., Germany and the United Kingdom.
