The Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) website has been redesigned to make it easier to find live streams of shows and meetings.

ICTN’s redesigned site highlights recent and most popular videos. Information such as programming schedules and the city calendar are now just a click away. A high-definition video player allows visitors to view ICTN videos in crisp, clear HD format, or watch live, standard-definition programming 24/7 on ICTN 1 and ICTN 2.

“We’re excited to offer a user-friendly, high-tech Website that highlights our informative programming, and also allows viewers to enjoy our HD videos not accessible via cable television,” said ICTN Executive Producer Courtney Taylor. “We worked to develop a site that would allow viewers to easily access ICTN 1 and ICTN 2 live streams due to multiple requests from viewers who were having difficulty locating our online channels. We’re very happy with the result.”

Viewers also can search the archive of hundreds of videos and award-winning shows, such as the news program “City Source” or the arts and entertainment feature “About Towne.” City Council meetings are even broken down by agenda item to facilitate interactive viewing. This month, the site will feature a special episode of “Profiles” as Cathy Whiteman celebrates her 300th episode.

By working with its video on demand provider, Swagit Productions LLC, ICTN developed the website at minimal cost. To view the new site, visit
