A longtime Las Colinas office tenant is expanding its operations. Lehigh Hanson Inc.
has added to its head office in the Point at Las Colinas building at 300 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving. The cement and building materials firm now leases 211,121 square feet, adding about 54,000 square feet to its headquarters space. The Point at Las Colinas was built in 1983 and contains 401,000 square feet. (CBRE) Jones Lang LaSalle’s Steve Thelen, Jeff Staubach, Russell Cosby and Torrey Littlejohn negotiated the lease with John Fancher of CBRE Group. The Point at Las Colinas is owned by CBRE Global Investors. Leigh Hanson will consolidate some offices now in other locations to the building, the company said Wednesday. The deal is the second major office expansion in Irving in the last week. Nationstar Mortgage LLC has just added another 105,559 square feet to its office at 4000 Horizon Way, just south of LBJ Freeway.
