Big Brothers Big Sisters that aims to help students navigate high school. But instead of mentor and student meeting face-to-face, this program will work online through email. Called Mentor2.0, the program will focus on students in grades 9-12, use an academic curriculum and a secure online system with email monitored by teachers and BBBS staff. Once every four to six weeks, the student and mentor will meet at a school-sponsored event. The program will be offered at Irving High, two Dallas high schools and four Uplift Education charter schools.
