Foreclosure rate declines in Dallas-Plano-Irving area

Dallas area foreclosure rates have declined nearly two-tenths of a percentage point, according to data released Thursday by CoreLogic (NYSE: CLGX), a company that tracks foreclosure data. Foreclosure rates declined 0.19 percent year-over-year in August to 1.45 percent for the Dallas-Plano-Irving area, according to the report.
