Research In Motion, Ltd.  will begin delivering almost-complete versions of its new BlackBerry 10 powered phones to carriers next week.  Included among those carriers is Dallas-based AT&T Inc. Research in Motion, whose U.S. headquarters is Irving, delayed the launch of the new phones from 2012 to 2013 so that it could ensure that new software was fully integrated, in order to maintain market share against Apple Inc.’s  iPhone and against smartphones operating on Google Inc.’s  Android system.
