The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber and
the
Irving Hispanic Chamber recently celebrated the grand opening of Cornerstone Self Storage at 2300 Imperial Drive at SH-183 with
a ribbon cutting. This is a fully climate-controlled facility that is co-owned by
Don Herring, Jr. and Fred Gans with Cornerstone Development Corporation.  Don Herring has successfully converted two
former retail locations on Airport Freeway into alternative uses including
Cornerstone Self-Storage, which was previously a Toys R Us store, and Don
Herring Mitsubishi, which was formerly a Circuit City store.

Self-Storage has climate controlled units ranging in size from 5×5 to 20×30
with gated security and 24-hour access. They also offer a range of other
services including U-Hal Truck Rentals, Computer-Controlled Access,
