Three housing reports released recently show that the North Texas market stabilized in 2011 as expected, but hint at some improvement in home prices in 2012.

In Dallas-Plano-Irving, home prices rose 0.2 percent in November from a year ago in the CoreLogic study. Home prices rose 2.4 percent when distressed sales are excluded. Year-over-year, national home prices declined 4.3 percent in November.
