Las Colinas
opened to welcome the State of the City Address and usher in a new
era of extraordinary hospitality in Irving, Texas.

The roster of corporations, organizations and families who have trusted them with their own events this past year is a pretty amazing one too.
Many have returned for additional events – a great sign of trust and investment
from their customers.

2012 has started off strong with events booked or pending for
almost every weekend (except Easter and Memorial Day) between now and the end
of May.  The Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau continues their work
of the good news that is all about Irving to promote travel to our great city. 

In partnership with the SMG team at the Irving Convention
Center, they will continue to deliver the exceptional services Irving and the
Irving Convention Center is known for.  The city’s economic health counts
on it with 2.66 million visitors annually spending $1.24 billion which supports
more than 12,000 jobs with a combined payroll of $275 million in an industry
that generates $38 million in tax revenues for our community.
