The private real estate investor bought the 19-story Summit at Las Colinas office tower in Las Colinas. The 375,700-square-foot building was sold by CBRE Global Investors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Built in 1984, the granite and glass postmodern-style office building is more than 85 percent leased. Major tenants include JPMorgan Chase and Dow Jones & Co.
