The City of Irving Speakers Bureau is a free service that provides a referral for public speaking requests. The Irving employees have decades of experience on a variety of topics that are of interest to the public. In 2010, the City of Irving’s Speakers Bureau had 66 presentations to 18 different groups reaching more than 3,640 residents. With many of the Irving employees having public speaking experience or post-graduate degrees, the Speakers Bureau can address issues to local residents from the convenience of our own neighborhood.
