The Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce recently helped the Hills at Decker Court celebrate a ribbon cutting showcasing new renovations to the Class A facility. Joined  by the owners, Fausset Neely, and with Grubb & Ellis who leases and manages the 98,504 square foot facility, the ribbon cutting was a great success.

“Certainly, we have no shortage of office space in Las Colinas – after all it is the largest office park in all of North Texas,” stated Mayor Pro Tem Rose Cannaday. “But the Hills at Decker Court offer some of the finest office suites for all sizes of business.  I understand their available suites range from under 1,000 square feet to over 17,000 square feet which is quite a range and really wonderful as we’re supporting all kinds of businesses here.”

Cannaday added that with great access to John Carpenter Freeway, and a quick ride to DFW Airport, it is little wonder why the tenants at the Hills at Decker Court are thriving.

The Chamber-managed Irving Economic Development Partnership certainly appreciates Fausset Neely being so tenant-focused and the work of Grubb & Ellis in helping to keep Irving a leading pro-business city.
